Job Requirements
- Available 12-8 pm with some weekends and holidays
- 25-30 hours per week
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Interest in preparing refreshments
- Handling food according to state health codes
- Have an interest in product knowledge to support exceptional customer service
- Teamwork
- Maintain drink consistencies with the interest in learning new recipes
- Work in an energetic and fast-paced environment
- Must have the ability to be organized and clean
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or customer service roles advantageous
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to memorize and follow detailed recipes
- Knowledge or interest in health and safety standards
- Teamwork and collaboration skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Prepare blended refreshments using Nekter recipes
- Maintain drink consistency by memorizing beverage recipes
- Provide friendly and attentive customer service
- Work collaboratively with team members through transparent communication
- Follow state health codes in handling food and beverages
- Maintain organized and clean workstations
- Adapt to a fast-paced and energetic work environment
