Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office
- Ability to operate SharePoint and DXC Homebuilder One software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
- Willingness to obtain a public notary license if required
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in an administrative or coordination role preferred
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Teams, Excel and Word
- Ability to learn and adapt to specialized software such as SharePoint and DXC Homebuilder One
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Willingness to obtain a public notary license if applicable
- Knowledge of architectural plans is a plus
Job Duties
- Maintain and distribute important sales documents and reports
- Enter selections and process contracts, addendums, deposits, and department invoices accurately
- Distribute ratified contract paperwork to homebuyers, agents, lenders, closing agents and field teams
- Manage pricing memos in collaboration with sales leaders
- Help spec out inventory homes and monitor office supplies and architectural plans
- Resolve contract issues as assigned
- Plan events and meetings for the sales department and divisional office
