Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a similar role preferred
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office
  • Ability to operate SharePoint and DXC Homebuilder One software
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
  • Willingness to obtain a public notary license if required

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in an administrative or coordination role preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Teams, Excel and Word
  • Ability to learn and adapt to specialized software such as SharePoint and DXC Homebuilder One
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Willingness to obtain a public notary license if applicable
  • Knowledge of architectural plans is a plus

Job Duties

  • Maintain and distribute important sales documents and reports
  • Enter selections and process contracts, addendums, deposits, and department invoices accurately
  • Distribute ratified contract paperwork to homebuyers, agents, lenders, closing agents and field teams
  • Manage pricing memos in collaboration with sales leaders
  • Help spec out inventory homes and monitor office supplies and architectural plans
  • Resolve contract issues as assigned
  • Plan events and meetings for the sales department and divisional office
