Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 18 years of age
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Must pass background check
- Must pass physical lifting assessment
- Comfortable working on feet with exposure to heat, cold, noise, and dust
- Frequently lift, push, and slide packages typically up to 50 lbs and occasionally up to 75 lbs
- Able to work well in a team environment
- For PIE operators: operate powered industrial equipment and warehouse vehicles
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 18 years of age
- Comfortable working on feet with exposure to heat, cold, noise, and dust
- Ability to lift, push, and slide packages up to 50 lbs frequently and occasionally lift up to 75 lbs
- Able to receive feedback and work well in a team environment
- Previous warehouse, retail, or customer service experience in fast-paced environments preferred
- Great attention to detail, quality, and safety
- For PIE operators: experience operating warehouse vehicles and powered industrial equipment including Crown, Pacer, Reach Truck, Order Picker, Barrett, and Turret Truck
Job Duties
- Safely complete inbound and outbound warehouse tasks such as unloading, sorting, labeling, replenishing, auditing, and packing with attention to detail
- Ensure products are packed and shipped correctly to exceed customers' expectations for quality and delivery speed
- Meet safety, quality, productivity, behavior, attendance, and overtime requirements as needed
- Operate computerized scanning equipment and maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment compliant with OSHA and Hazardous Material requirements
- Perform other tasks as directed by the leadership team
