Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Previous experience in bartending or hospitality preferred
- Knowledge of liquor types, drink recipes, and glassware
- Ability to handle cash and operate POS systems
- Good communication skills
- Must complete liquor liability training within 30 days of hire

Job Duties
- Efficiently maintain bar supplies, including preparation of daily requisition as necessary
- Be completely familiar with all kinds of liquor, recipes and prices of drinks, proper glassware used for each recipe, and garnishes needed
- Know drink recipes, prices, and types of beverages available
- Be familiar with accurate cash handling procedures including proper discounting, MICROS system and bank procedures, and tip policies
- Accurately charge guests for drinks and manage intake of all monies
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly, maintaining positive guest relations
- Resolve guest complaints ensuring guest satisfaction
- Be formally trained regarding liquor liability within 30 days of employment and every 2 years thereafter
