Job Requirements
- Must work in New Braunfels, Texas (Comal County)
- Bachelor’s degree in public policy, social work, business management, logistics or related field preferred
- Four years of work experience may be substituted for degree
- 2-4+ years of experience supervising full-time paid staff including training and delegation
- Experience in warehousing and product movement a plus
- Forklift experience preferred
- Ability to organize and manage multiple projects under aggressive timelines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work flexible schedule including weekends
- Valid government issued driver’s license and proof of insurance

Job Duties
- Support, demonstrate and incorporate San Antonio Food Bank Mission Statement, Vision, and goals into each job responsibility
- Oversee food for today strategies at the New Braunfels Food Bank including client choice, drive through, offsite distribution, home delivery, senior programs, children’s program, pet food program and daily food service operations
- Collaborate with the Executive Director and SAFB staff to establish goals and strategies to meet poundage goals within Comal and Guadalupe Counties
- Ensure accuracy in data collection and management of the SIMC program for reporting and establish schedule of events and manage SIMC user access
- Analyze program data to measure effectiveness and identify areas of improvement
- Ensure TEFAP, Partner Agency and Local Health and Food Safety compliance and maintain up-to-date documentation for audits
- Collaborate with Director of Food Distribution to align and evaluate all food distribution models with SAFB’s strategies and goals
