Job Requirements
- Two years of experience in administrative, professional, investigative or other responsible work which enabled the applicant to gain a general knowledge of business practices and administrative processes
- Skill in dealing with others in person-to-person work relationships
- Ability to exercise mature judgment
- Knowledge and skills necessary to perform job duties
- Must pass a pre-employment criminal background check
- Successful completion of one year of academic study above the high school level in hotel lodging hospitality school may be substituted for experience
- One year of responsible experience in administrative, supervisory, professional or technical work demonstrating knowledge of Navy Lodge front of house operations or similar guest services environment experience

- Successful completion of one year of academic study above the high school level in hotel lodging hospitality school may be substituted for experience at the rate of one-half academic year of study for 6 months of general experience provided it included subjects related to the specialized field
- One year of responsible experience in administrative, supervisory, professional or technical work demonstrating knowledge of Navy Lodge front of house operations or similar work in a guest services environment
Job Duties
- Supervises subordinate NEXCOM Hospitality Group staff responsible for daily operations of the front desk
- Keeps appropriate management in chain of command abreast of situations that exceed the span of authority necessary to implement correction actions
- Communicates with Navy Lodge personnel and chain of command
- Creates schedules, assigns work tasks and oversees Guest Service Representatives
- Trains associates on Navy Lodge systems and standards of operating procedures
- Assists with recruitment efforts, such as creating job posts and conducting interviews
- Follows all local safety regulations and informs supervisor of hazardous conditions
- Reconciles daily transactions of all accounts ensuring complete reconciliation of balances
