Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Current badge to work in the Colorado cannabis industry preferred
Ability to lift and carry up to 80 lbs
Capability to go up and down stairs multiple times per day
Willingness to work holidays, weekends, and varied shifts
Reliable and honest work ethic
Ability to follow all organizational and state rules
Capacity to perform monotonous tasks with consistent quality

Job Qualifications

1-2 years of experience in commercial cannabis cultivation highly desired
Basic knowledge of cannabis physiology
Ability to retain chemistry knowledge to mix and apply nutrients and pesticides
Self motivated with ability to work with minimal supervision once trained
Capable of performing repetitive tasks consistently over long periods
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Must possess a current badge to work in the Colorado cannabis industry or be willing to obtain one

Job Duties

Mix and add nutrients to reservoirs correctly and consistently
Learn and perform pruning and defanning procedures for vegetative and flower stages efficiently
Apply pesticides following safety and regulatory guidelines
Transplant large numbers of plants quickly without causing damage
Cut clones with an effective survival rate of 90 percent
Clean cultivation facility regularly to maintain hygiene
Monitor and maintain ideal environmental parameters
Implement cultivation irrigation strategies
