Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum two years experience in natural products or related training
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to perform mathematical calculations
- Ability to interpret written and oral instructions
- Meets state requirements to operate equipment such as baler and trash compactor
- Valid driver's license or state ID
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to adhere to safety and hygiene protocols
Job Qualifications

- Minimum two years related experience in natural products or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business documents
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in mathematical concepts including fractions, percentages, and ratios
- Valid driver's license or state ID
- Ability to lead, train, and motivate a team
- Knowledge of workplace safety and sanitation standards
- Completion of Yoke's provided safety and service training
Job Duties
- Reporting for assigned shifts on time and prepared
- Promoting sales through active discussions with guests and product recommendations
- Performing inventory, sales, and financial monitoring tasks
- Merchandising products to enhance sales appeal
- Directing, coordinating, and participating in product handling and store presentation
- Operating cash register and handling cash during peak periods
- Providing in-service training to new personnel and ensuring operational safety
- Supervising and evaluating natural foods associates
- Enforcing company policies and ensuring workplace safety
