Job Duties
- Provide comprehensive support for client portfolios, ensuring satisfaction and retention
- engage with clients on exhibition schedules, pricing, and operational delivery
- coordinate multimodal logistics (air, sea, and land) for time-sensitive event freight
- ensure compliance with Kuehne+Nagel standards and regulatory requirements
- monitor shipment progress and resolve logistical challenges promptly
- manage onsite event operations, including infrastructure setup and vendor coordination
- plan and schedule shipments, liaising with internal teams and carriers
- maintain clear communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
- prepare accurate quotes and manage project budgets
- identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services
