Job Duties
- Provide comprehensive support for client portfolios, ensuring satisfaction and retention through tailored solutions and proactive engagement
- Oversee multimodal logistics for event shipments, including air, sea, and land transportation, while ensuring compliance and timely delivery
- Manage onsite event operations, including infrastructure setup, vendor coordination, and issue resolution
- Plan and schedule shipments, liaise with internal teams and carriers, and ensure customs and regulatory compliance
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and monitor project progress
