Job Requirements
- Must be located in, or willing to relocate to Alpharetta, Baton Rouge, Birmingham, Buford, Huntsville, Lafayette, Atlanta, Mobile, or Ridgeland
- 3+ years of multi-unit, high-volume operational leadership across multiple states
- Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and turn insights into action
- Proven success leading leaders and driving accountability
- Strong business acumen with strategic planning capability
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, hospitality management, or a related field (preferred)
- 3+ years of multi-unit, high-volume operational leadership across multiple states (required)
- 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in food and beverage operations (preferred)
- Strong business acumen with the ability to develop and execute strategic action plans
- Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills
- Proven success leading leaders and driving accountability
Job Duties
- Provide strategic direction, communication, training, and empowerment to venue directors of operations to ensure alignment with sales goals, service excellence, and brand standards
- Build and sustain a strong leadership pipeline through succession planning and development initiatives
- Establish goals, monitor progress, and conduct regular performance and development reviews
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support enterprise initiatives and shared priorities
- Travel frequently to assigned venues to observe operations, provide in-person coaching, recognize strong performance, and ensure consistent hospitality delivery
