Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred
- Minimum 3 years of multi-unit, high-volume operational leadership experience across multiple states required
- Preferred 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in food and beverage operations
- Strong business acumen with ability to develop and execute strategic action plans
- Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills
- Proven success leading leaders and driving accountability
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Provide strategic direction, communication, training, and empowerment to Venue Directors of Operations to ensure alignment with sales goals, service excellence, and brand standards
- Build and sustain a strong leadership pipeline through succession planning and development initiatives
- Establish goals, monitor progress, and conduct regular performance and development reviews
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support enterprise initiatives and shared priorities
- Travel frequently to assigned venues to observe operations, provide in-person coaching, recognize strong performance, and ensure consistent hospitality delivery
