Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of multi-unit, high-volume operational leadership experience across multiple states required
  • Preferred 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in food and beverage operations
  • Strong business acumen with ability to develop and execute strategic action plans
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven success leading leaders and driving accountability

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field (preferred)
  • 3+ years of multi-unit, high-volume operational leadership across multiple states (required)
  • 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in food and beverage operations (preferred)
  • Strong business acumen with ability to develop and execute strategic action plans

  • Proven success leading leaders and driving accountability

Job Duties

  • Provide strategic direction, communication, training, and empowerment to Venue Directors of Operations to ensure alignment with sales goals, service excellence, and brand standards
  • Build and sustain a strong leadership pipeline through succession planning and development initiatives
  • Establish goals, monitor progress, and conduct regular performance and development reviews
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to support enterprise initiatives and shared priorities
  • Travel frequently to assigned venues to observe operations, provide in-person coaching, recognize strong performance, and ensure consistent hospitality delivery
