Job Requirements

  • 4-year college graduate with BA/BS degree
  • minimum one year of related professional or internship experience
  • strong interest in operations or sales management career
  • excellent communication and presentation skills

  • ability to work in hotel venues in metro markets
  • willingness to relocate within the US

Job Qualifications

  • 4-year college graduate with a BA/BS degree preferably in Hospitality, Business/Management, Communications, Event Management, Theater, or related field
  • at least 1 year of related professional work experience including internships
  • strong interest in management career with advancement potential
  • excellent communication, listening, and presentation skills
  • effective leadership abilities and customer satisfaction focus
  • technical aptitude with interest in new technology
  • ability to work at hotel locations within major metro markets
  • willingness to relocate within the US
  • flexibility to adapt to various locations and roles

Job Duties

  • participate in technical, operations, and sales rotations
