Job Requirements
- 4-year college graduate with BA/BS degree
- minimum one year of related professional or internship experience
- strong interest in operations or sales management career
- excellent communication and presentation skills

- ability to work in hotel venues in metro markets

Job Qualifications
- 4-year college graduate with a BA/BS degree preferably in Hospitality, Business/Management, Communications, Event Management, Theater, or related field
- at least 1 year of related professional work experience including internships
- strong interest in management career with advancement potential
- excellent communication, listening, and presentation skills
- effective leadership abilities and customer satisfaction focus
- technical aptitude with interest in new technology
- ability to work at hotel locations within major metro markets
- willingness to relocate within the US
- flexibility to adapt to various locations and roles
Job Duties
- participate in technical, operations, and sales rotations
- engage in hands-on learning alongside field leaders
- complete instructor-led training at corporate office
- obtain certifications through Encore University Academies
- deliver world-class customer service
- demonstrate leadership and accountability
- support event production and client satisfaction
