Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or sales with a proven track record of securing new business
- Experience in food service operations industry or similar preferred
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Willingness to travel extensively
- Ability to perform essential functions of the position satisfactorily

- Experience in food service operations industry or similar preferred
- Strong sales growth (hunter) mindset and negotiation skills
- Ability to work constructively in multifunctional teams on new projects
- Strong internal and external communication skills
- Relationship selling with a strong analytical and numeric component
- Excellent presentation and communication abilities
- Ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
Job Duties
- Prospect and qualify new leads in food service and related industries
- Develop and deliver compelling proposals and presentations
- Negotiate contracts and close new business deals alongside Sales Director
- Follow up on production progress, identify issues, work closely with team to communicate transparently with customers
- Ensure new customers are properly onboarded and have pricing clarity
- Build and maintain relationships with OEMs, distributors, and service networks
- Collaborate with the Sales Team to develop lead generation strategies
- Track and report on pipeline progress and market trends
- Attend trade shows and industry events to generate leads and present CES to prospective customers
- Perform other related duties as assigned
