Job Requirements
- Minimum five years relevant industry experience
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- valid driver’s license and ability to travel extensively
- knowledge of centerless ground bar products
- ability to work with manufacturing and technical teams
- willingness to travel nationwide
- proficiency in sales techniques and market development
- ability to manage customer relationships effectively
Job Qualifications
- Minimum five years experience in metal sales or market development
- strong sales presentation skills
- prior knowledge of centerless ground bar products and applications
- proven ability to develop new business and grow national accounts
- experience working with manufacturing facilities and technical teams
- willingness and ability to travel extensively nationwide
- experience with stainless steel, carbon steel, alloy bar, or precision bar products
- background selling to OEMs in industrial, energy, automotive, or aerospace markets
- strong technical aptitude and ability to discuss specifications and tolerances
Job Duties
- Identify new market opportunities for centerless ground bar products
- develop and grow national strategic customer accounts
- convert prospects into long-term partners
- serve as commercial link between customers and Rockhill grinding facility
- ensure follow-through from opportunity through production and delivery
- work closely with manufacturing and technical teams
- travel extensively nationwide to meet clients and prospects
