Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Be in proper uniform all the time
- Wear a clean uniform at all times
- Be on time all the time
- Follow all CALL IN procedures if absent
- Handle monetary transactions accurately including counting back change
- Follow all cash register and credit card procedures
- Smile and greet all guests
- Thank customers and invite them back
- Listen carefully to the guest
- Take and repeat orders
- Suggestive sell when possible
- Explain pager and numbering systems
- Explain coupons or offers to guests
- Keep work area clean and neat
- Do not stock personal items on counters
- Keep display case clean, stocked, and fresh
- Follow side duties set by management
- Maintain English comprehension for safety, instructions, and guest service
- Clean as you go
- Have fun while working
