Job Requirements
- proof of U.S. citizenship or permanent residency
- ability to pass U.S. government background investigation
- bachelor's degree in education or related field
- minimum of five years of relevant experience
- strong communication skills
- proficiency with Microsoft Office and related software
- ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders
- experience in event planning and budgeting

- knowledge of budget and money management
- event planning and logistics experience
- ability to engage multiple stakeholders effectively
- proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and virtual collaboration tools
- familiarity with NASA STEM Gateway and Canvas LMS is a plus
- knowledge of NASA's IdMAX system is desirable
Job Duties
- serve as primary onsite liaison for mentors and interns
- assist mentors with posting position descriptions
- ensure applicants meet eligibility requirements
- send offer letters to selected interns
- organize badging, onboarding, orientation, and off-boarding
- schedule tours and professional development activities
- host office hours and address general queries related to MSFC
