Job Requirements

  • You must be at least 21 years of age
  • Have 2+ years of experience as a server in a high-end restaurant
  • Have extensive wine knowledge preferably sommelier certification
  • Be knowledgeable of food and wine pairings and fine dining service techniques
  • Demonstrate excellent guest service skills
  • Maintain a poised and professional manner avoiding casual language
  • Exhibit strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • At least 21 years of age
  • Minimum 2 years experience as a server in a high-end restaurant
  • Extensive wine knowledge, sommelier preferred
  • Knowledge of fine dining service techniques and food and wine pairings
  • Excellent guest service skills
  • Poised and professional demeanor
  • Strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills

Job Duties

  • Serve 4-6 table stations taking food orders and entering into the POS system
  • Deliver food and beverages to guests at proper temperature
  • Share knowledge of wines and spirits with guests
  • Anticipate guest needs and respond accordingly
  • Work with kitchen and restaurant equipment including coffee brewers and soda fountains
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of side stations
  • Complete assigned side work such as polishing silverware and folding napkins
