Job Requirements
- You must be at least 21 years of age
- Have 2+ years of experience as a server in a high-end restaurant
- Have extensive wine knowledge preferably sommelier certification
- Be knowledgeable of food and wine pairings and fine dining service techniques
- Demonstrate excellent guest service skills
- Maintain a poised and professional manner avoiding casual language
- Exhibit strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills
Job Qualifications
- At least 21 years of age
- Minimum 2 years experience as a server in a high-end restaurant
- Extensive wine knowledge, sommelier preferred
- Knowledge of fine dining service techniques and food and wine pairings
- Excellent guest service skills
- Poised and professional demeanor
- Strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills
Job Duties
- Serve 4-6 table stations taking food orders and entering into the POS system
- Deliver food and beverages to guests at proper temperature
- Share knowledge of wines and spirits with guests
- Anticipate guest needs and respond accordingly
- Work with kitchen and restaurant equipment including coffee brewers and soda fountains
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of side stations
- Complete assigned side work such as polishing silverware and folding napkins
