Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- Passion for culinary arts and guest satisfaction
- Minimum of 2 years culinary experience or culinary degree with less than 2 years experience
- Proficient knife skills
- Knowledge of culinary techniques and terminology
- Ability to read and understand recipes
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and adapt in fast-paced environment
- Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and special events
- Flexibility with shift schedules
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years experience in culinary field focused on high volume production
- Culinary education degree or equivalent experience
- Proficient knife skills
- Knowledge of culinary techniques and terminology
- Ability to read and understand recipes
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Job Duties
- Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to recipes and standards
- Ensure food quality and presentation meet Napa Rose’s high standards
- Collaborate with culinary team to manage high-volume production
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations
- Follow health and safety regulations and procedures
- Assist in inventory management and storage of ingredients
- Adapt to changing production requirements and special events
