Job Requirements
- at least 18 years of age
- passion for culinary arts and guest satisfaction
- minimum 2 years culinary experience or culinary education for less than 2 years experience
- proficient knife skills
- knowledge of culinary techniques and terminology
- able to read and follow recipes
- strong organizational skills
- capable of multitasking and adapting in a fast-paced team environment
- speed accuracy and efficiency under pressure
- flexible to work various shifts including nights weekends holidays and special events
Job Qualifications
- culinary education degree or equivalent experience
- minimum of 2 years of experience in the culinary field with a focus on high-volume production
- proficiency in knife skills
