Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- Passion for culinary arts and delighting guests with food
- Culinary education degree or vocational school training or equivalent experience
- Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Strong speed, accuracy, and efficiency
- Willingness to adapt to varying production requirements
- Availability to work shifts as early as 5:00 am and as late as 5:00 am the following day
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in culinary field with a focus on high volume production
- Culinary education degree or equivalent experience
- Proficient knife skills
- Knowledge of culinary techniques and terminology
- Ability to read and understand recipes
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in fine dining preferred
- Basic wine knowledge preferred
Job Duties
- Prepare ingredients and dishes according to menu specifications
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations
- Collaborate with culinary team to ensure timely and quality food production
- Adhere to food safety standards and hygiene regulations
- Manage multiple tasks and adapt to fast-paced environment
- Utilize knife skills to perform precise cutting and preparation
- Assist in inventory control and stock management
