Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Passion for culinary arts and delighting guests with food
  • Culinary education degree or equivalent experience required for candidates with less than 2 years experience
  • Flexible availability for shifts including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events
  • Speed accuracy and efficiency in food preparation
  • Ability to work well under pressure

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in culinary field focusing on high volume production
  • Culinary education degree or equivalent experience
  • Proficient knife skills
  • Knowledge of culinary techniques and terminology
  • Ability to read and understand recipes
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
