Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- passion for culinary arts and guest satisfaction
- two years experience in high volume culinary production or culinary education degree
- proficiency in knife skills
- knowledge of culinary techniques and terminology
- ability to read and understand recipes
- strong organizational skills
- multitasking ability and adaptability
- speed, accuracy, and efficiency under pressure
- flexibility to work varied shifts including holidays and special events
Job Qualifications
- Minimum two years experience in culinary field with a focus on high volume production
- culinary education degree or equivalent experience if less than two years in field
- proficient knife skills
- knowledge of culinary techniques and terminology
- ability to read and understand recipes
- strong organizational skills
- ability to multitask and work well under pressure in fast-paced environments
- flexibility to work various shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to Napa Rose standards
- follow recipes and adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
- manage kitchen stations efficiently in high-volume settings
- assist in maintaining inventory and ordering supplies
- collaborate with culinary team to innovate and improve dishes
- maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen work areas
- adapt to varying production needs and work schedules
