Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Passion for culinary arts and guest satisfaction
- Minimum 2 years experience in culinary field with high volume production focus
- Culinary education degree or equivalent for those with less than 2 years experience
- Proficient knife skills
- Knowledge of culinary techniques and terminology
- Ability to read and understand recipes
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events
