Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Experience in food service or culinary operations
  • Ability to manage multiple food preparation tasks simultaneously
  • Knowledge of sanitation and food safety regulations
  • Strong leadership and supervision skills
  • Effective communication abilities
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Training from a culinary institute preferred
  • Knowledge of food preparation methods and mass catering
  • Experience in supervising kitchen staff

Job Duties
