Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- assist the chef in planning food preparation operations
- supervise kitchen staff during large-scale catering events
- coordinate simultaneous cooking of multiple items for varied events
- review and analyze menus, pricing, and operations of nearby food establishments
- recommend corrective actions to improve food service operations
- train and supervise personnel in food preparation and service
- inspect facilities for cleanliness, sanitation, and hygiene
- prepare and maintain pertinent records and reports
