Job Duties
- Manage and administer comprehensive year-round recreation programs and facilities
- plan, promote, and implement diverse MWR and Community Recreation programs and activities
- maintain clear and accurate databases for program administration
- create, negotiate, implement, and sustain partnerships through various MWR agreements
- represent the department and speak to small and large groups
- ensure programs meet the needs of varying demographics and age groups
- assist in the organization and execution of recreational and entertainment events
