Job Requirements
- Minimum two years of experience with demonstrated skill in two areas including carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, or painting
- Knowledge of safety and environmental rules and regulations concerning procedures, tools, mechanical and electrified equipment, commonly used chemicals, and basic safe work practices
- Must possess a welcoming manner and positive attitude
- Demonstrate effective communication skills
- Professionally interact with guests and answer guest questions concerning hotel facilities
- Provide information about local attractions
- Assist in handling customer complaints and involve management as necessary
- Must possess basic math and reading skills
- Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing in English
Job Qualifications

- Independently complete intermediate-level maintenance and repair tasks
- Interact professionally with guests and answer questions regarding hotel facilities
- Provide information about local attractions to guests
- Assist in resolving customer complaints and involve management when necessary
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in all maintenance activities
