Job Qualifications
- Able to apply general knowledge of cleaning procedures
- Proficient in proper use of cleaning equipment
- Knowledge of approved, commonly used chemicals including MSDS
- Adherence to basic safety policies
- Prior housekeeping experience preferred but not required
- Good communication skills
Job Duties
- Provide timely and adequate housekeeping services to guests
- Clean guest rooms and public areas in accordance with established standards
- Use cleaning equipment and approved chemicals safely and effectively
- Adhere to basic safety policies and procedures
- Manage and replenish housekeeping supplies as needed
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to supervisors
- Ensure compliance with hotel hygiene and cleanliness standards
