Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • prior experience in food service or handling is an advantage
  • must be able to follow verbal and written instructions
  • basic arithmetic skills
  • ability to adhere to sanitation and safety standards
  • must pass food service screening and training
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • physical capability to stand for extended periods

Job Qualifications

  • ability to perform tasks involving several procedures
  • knowledge of food handling techniques and portion control
  • ability to perform basic arithmetic
  • ability to follow verbal and written instructions
  • working knowledge or ability to learn sanitation standards
  • knowledge of procedures to prevent contamination such as cleaning equipment used for raw food and using chemical sanitizer or maintaining proper water temperature
  • must be able to pass food service screening and training
