Job Duties

  • Plan, direct, supervise and coordinate the Club's catering operations
  • Oversee casual dining and quick serve dining functions
  • Manage Golf Course Restaurant food production and service
  • Execute all food production for a $4.5 million operation
  • Supervise and train culinary and service staff
  • Inspect facilities for cleanliness, sanitation and hygiene compliance
  • Maintain records and prepare reports related to dining services
