Job Duties
- Plan, direct, supervise and coordinate the Club's catering operations
- Oversee casual dining and quick serve dining functions
- Manage Golf Course Restaurant food production and service
- Execute all food production for a $4.5 million operation
- Supervise and train culinary and service staff
- Inspect facilities for cleanliness, sanitation and hygiene compliance
- Maintain records and prepare reports related to dining services
