Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • knowledge and ability to perform routine club management functions such as planning basic principles scheduling methods techniques and coordinating operations of dining services
  • general knowledge of food prices dietetics grades of food and meal planning
  • knowledge to skillfully apply new methods in managing food bar and beverage service
  • knowledge of cooking and baking methods and preparing and serving quality food in large quantities
  • ability to supervise and train personnel in food preparation service and managing storeroom laundry and bakery operations
  • ability to inspect facilities for sanitation personal hygiene and equipment condition
  • ability to prepare pertinent records and reports

Job Duties

  • plan direct supervise and coordinate the Club's catering casual dining quick serve dining and Golf Course Restaurant operations
  • execute all food production for a $4.5M operation
  • train and supervise kitchen personnel
  • implement inventory control and procurement of food supplies
  • ensure compliance with cleanliness sanitation and hygiene standards
  • prepare and maintain pertinent records and reports
  • evaluate and recommend corrective actions regarding menus pricing and service methods
