Job Qualifications

  • Supervise casual dining and quick serve dining services
  • Coordinate Golf Course Restaurant food production
  • Manage a $4.5 million food production operation
  • Oversee staff training and performance
  • Ensure compliance with sanitation and hygiene standards
  • Prepare records and reports related to dining services
