This position is located in the Food and Beverage Division of the Morale, Welfare and Recreation (MWR) Department within the Navy Region Southwest. Job Requirements

- working knowledge of food preparation methods for small quantities
- skill in cooking a limited variety of prepared foods
- ability to read and understand food service materials
- ability to perform basic arithmetic computations
- knowledge of food characteristics such as color, flavor, consistency, texture, and cooking time
- skill in planning and coordinating food preparation steps
- knowledge of sanitation principles
Job Duties
- perform various duties to facilitate food preparation
