Job Qualifications
- knowledge and skill to mix and serve beverages from a limited variety of liquor, soda, beer, and wine
- knowledge of correct proportions and mixtures for requested beverages
- ability to recognize and manage intoxicated or unruly patrons
- ability to collect and reconcile financial transactions
Job Duties
- mix and serve a limited variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- serve pre-mixed beverages such as daiquiris
- prepare drinks according to customer requests and established recipes
- recognize intoxicated or unruly patrons and resolve issues or seek assistance
- collect tabs or chits and reconcile them with items served
