Job Description
This position is based within the Food and Beverage Division of the Morale, Welfare and Recreation Department which serves Navy Region Southwest. This establishment is focused on providing quality food and beverage services to military personnel, their families, and authorized patrons within the Naval Base Point Loma area. Job Duties
- Mix and serve a limited variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Prepare beverages according to correct proportions and customer requests
- Recognize and respond to intoxicated or unruly patrons
- Collect tabs or chits and reconcile them with sales
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service
