Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior supervisory experience in logistics or transportation
- Ability to plan, schedule and control vehicle dispatch and maintenance
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain accurate records and comply with safety regulations
- Willingness to undergo urinalysis for drug screening prior to appointment
- Capacity to supervise 36-75 associates
Job Qualifications

- Experience in logistics or transportation supervision
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage large teams effectively
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and dispatch operations
- Competency in record keeping and data management
Job Duties
- Plan, schedule and control dispatch of short-haul cargo vehicles
- Supervise 36-75 associates with the highest non-supervisory grade of HPP-8
- Oversee maintenance activities and ensure vehicle readiness
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of dispatch and maintenance
- Enforce compliance with company policies and safety regulations
- Coordinate workflow to optimize operational efficiency
- Foster a productive and safe working environment
