Job Requirements
- 18 years or older
- 1+ year of experience in furniture delivery, moving, logistics, or related fields
- Own a box truck, cargo van, or pickup truck in good condition
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and vehicle insurance
- Physical ability to lift and carry 100 lbs+ with or without assistance
- Capable of navigating stairs and tight spaces with care
- Possess necessary equipment including plastic stretch wrap, moving blankets, tie-down straps, and basic tool kit
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of experience in furniture delivery, moving, logistics, or related fields
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Physical ability to lift 100 lbs or more
- Familiarity with vehicle operation (box truck, cargo van, or pickup truck)
- Basic knowledge of light furniture assembly
Job Duties
- Transport furniture and appliances safely to delivery locations
- Load and unload items with care to prevent damage
- Provide white-glove delivery services including in-home placement and light assembly
- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Navigate stairs and tight spaces with caution
- Operate vehicle in compliance with transportation laws
- Manage delivery documentation and payment collection
