Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- high school diploma or GED
- proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- ability to secure and maintain NE Gaming License
- strong guest service and interpersonal skills

- strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

- experience as a sportsbook or mutuels writer or teller preferred
- one year of guest service and cash or credit card processing experience preferred

Job Duties
- Accurately write, verify, and issue payments for sports and horse racing wagers in compliance with company policies, state regulations, and federal gaming statutes
- follow all procedures for the sale and payout of tickets
- educate guests on wagering rules, procedures, betting lines, and odds
- maintain and balance a cash bank throughout the shift, reconciling transactions at shift end
- maintain work area cleanliness and ensure adequate inventory of supplies
- address guest questions, concerns, or complaints, escalating as needed
- maintain knowledge of sporting and horse racing events, property promotions, and offerings
- follow company safety standards and prioritize workplace safety
- stay current on industry developments, resources, and best practices through ongoing training
- present a professional appearance and demeanor at all times
- provide excellent customer service and communication in all guest interactions
- perform other related duties as assigned
