Job Requirements
- Prior food service experience desired
- Possess basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation
- Must have excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work AM, PM, weekend and holiday shifts as required
- Possess strong knowledge of food and beverage preparation, hotel service standards, guest relations and etiquette
- Maintains extensive knowledge of all menu and bar items
- Requires ability to learn and use telephone and POS computer systems

Job Duties
- Work closely with the kitchen to expedite and serve food to guests
- Ensure dishes move from kitchen to dining room in a smooth, timely, and coordinated manner
- Confirm that all food orders meet presentation standards and guest requests
- Monitor portion sizes and garnishing of dishes
- Maintain communication with kitchen and dining staff for efficient service
- Provide excellent customer service to guests
- Support the dining room team to create positive guest experiences
