Job Requirements
- Associate's Degree in Music
- 1 to 5 years of experience in music and events management
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Availability for occasional night and weekend work
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks
- Experience working collaboratively with faculty and students
Job Qualifications

- Working knowledge of musical instruments and equipment
- Experience in events and performance management
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Expert level skills in Google Workspace including Docs, Sheets, Calendar, and Forms
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Proven organizational skills with ability to prioritize, be detail oriented, take initiative, and manage multiple tasks
Job Duties
- Manage music department instruments including creating and maintaining a database and documentation system
- Systematize and manage centralized check in/out process for lending instruments
- Coordinate instrument repairs, donations, and storage
- Manage inventory of equipment used for events, performances, and courses
- Oversee locker registration process
- Maintain Electronic Music Room, Digital Music Lab, and Wicked Loud Music Room including policy development
- Assist with setup, training, and oversight of events and concerts
- Manage live streaming, audio and video recordings, and stage setups and breakdowns during events
- Liaise between faculty, artists, and event production partners
- Coordinate instruments for rehearsals and performances
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
