Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience
- Ability to work up to 20 hours per week
- Availability for evening and weekend shifts
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to adhere to museum policies and procedures
- Interest in history and cultural engagement

- Experience in customer service or visitor services
- Experience in cultural or public institutions preferred
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team

- Flexibility to work evening and weekend hours
Job Duties
- Assist with daily operations of frontline guest experiences including staffing welcome desk and museum store
- Adhere to guest experience policies and procedures
- Cultivate a culture of visitor curiosity and excellent customer service
- Collaborate to ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and operational standards
- Communicate guest feedback to management
- Provide support for special events as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
