Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Banquet or fine dining server experience required
- 18 years or older
- Must be able to work weekends and late nights
- Ability to perform the physical work of serving large groups of people

Job Duties
- Prepares event space for service including pulling transporting and placing of equipment
- Set guest tables appropriately with linen and place settings
- Make set-up and transport beverages for events as needed
- Prepares cocktails pours and mixes drinks quickly and accurately in a customer service-oriented manner
- Serve appetizers meals and beverages professionally attend to buffets clear tables properly stack dishes and glassware on trays and carry trays to breakdown area
- Maintains a clean and neat appearance of the event space including guest tables food stations tray jacks and back of house area
- Acts as a team player and provides expertise within the team and with other teams as appropriate
