Job Requirements
- high school degree or equivalent
- 0-6 months of relevant work experience
- ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, kneeling, climbing stairs, and lifting up to 20 lbs
- capable of working indoors in a latex-safe environment
- good corrected vision
- ability to work in confined and dusty environments occasionally
Job Qualifications
- high school degree or equivalent
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- basic knowledge of customer service principles
- ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- experience with administrative duties preferred
- familiarity with medical transport coordination appreciated
Job Duties
- provide administrative coverage for front desk team members
- complete client registration and documentation
- schedule interpreters for clients
- retrieve billing charges
- communicate with medical transport companies and assist patients until transport arrives
- assist security with inmates scheduled for medical services
- handle calls from care team involving EMS services
- support patients entry and escort patients to clinic locations
- assist patients with wayfinding and kiosk systems
- train security guards in customer service
- coordinate repairs with MUSC Property Managers
