Job Requirements
- Minimum age 18
- 1+ years of experience in customer service
- experience with restaurant Point of Sale (POS) systems preferred
- completion of Alcohol Seller Training/Cash Handling training upon hire

Job Duties
- Build strong relationships with customers in varying situations
- takes orders from customers
- assists with menu/beverage selections, including alcoholic beverages
- provides detailed information on menu items and specials, and beer and wine
- serves food, drink, and products to guests
- processes cash, check, debit, and credit transactions accurately and quickly
- uses suggestive selling techniques/merchandises effectively to meet guest needs and build department sales
- interacts positively with customers in person, on the phone, or through technology
- assists with catering orders as needed
- addresses complaints
- resolves problems in a way that builds relationships
- models teamwork to ensure a great guest experience
- prepares, packages, merchandises product
- assists in technical areas as needed
