Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum three years experience in full-service restaurant environment
- ability to work in multiple positions within a restaurant
- knowledge of food safety and liquor laws
- strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- must be at least 19 years old
- capability to manage payroll and schedules
- customer service experience
- ability to resolve conflicts effectively
- proficiency in cashiering
- excellent communication skills
- physical ability to perform medium strength duties including lifting 20 to 50 pounds occasionally
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- three years previous experience in a full-service restaurant environment
- multi-unit restaurant management experience preferred
- previous customer service experience required
- prior interviewing and hiring experience preferred
- Alcohol ServSafe and Food ServSafe certifications preferred or must successfully pass both classes during the next training cycle
- must be 19 years of age or older
- proficiency with Microsoft Word preferred
- strong cashiering skills required
- must work well in a team environment
- skilled at managing conflict and influencing outcomes
- strong multitasking, organization, and presentation skills
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- strong problem solving skills

Job Duties
- Supervise restaurant venues by organizing and directing worker training programs, resolving personnel problems, creating schedules, disciplining employees as needed, and evaluating employee performance
- work in any and all restaurant positions as necessary to alleviate labor shortages including obtaining a food outlet bank and cashiering as necessary
- work closely with Area Food & Beverage Managers on venues fiscal budget
- remain on restaurant floor throughout shift and assist as required to ensure smooth operation
- monitor compliance with health and fire regulations regarding food preparation and serving
- monitor payroll to ensure accuracy
- investigate and resolve complaints regarding food quality and service
- complete accurate daily reports at end of each shift
- ensure food outlet compliance with all Idaho State, county, local, and tribal liquor laws
- correct ticket mistakes in the POS system
- other projects and duties as assigned
