Job Requirements
- Minimum seven years in restaurant or food service management or supervisory roles
- minimum five years as a Restaurant General Manager in full-service restaurants with bar environment
- experience overseeing multiple units preferred
- proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and POS systems
- ability to manage finances and budgets
- strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- high school diploma or equivalent
Job Qualifications
- Minimum seven years in restaurant or food service in a management or supervisory capacity
- minimum five years in a Restaurant General Manager capacity in a full-service restaurant with bar environment required
- experience as a Multi-Unit Restaurant Manager with oversight of General Managers highly desired
- proficient in MS Office and Point-of-Sale systems
- proven ability to interact at all levels including executives and union representatives
- expert level in P and L management with ability to teach and coach General Managers
- high school diploma or equivalent
- associate's degree or equivalent coursework preferred
