Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in multi-unit operations within retail, restaurant, or hospitality sectors
- Basic computer skills
- Fluent in both spoken and written English
- Proficient in basic math and financial management
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Willingness to travel between restaurant locations
- Physical capability to perform repetitive motions including bending, stooping, and reaching
- Ability to lift packages as necessary
- Comfortable working within smaller workspace environments
- Willingness to wear a headset when applicable

Job Duties
- As a Multi-Unit Restaurant Manager, you will support our Restaurant Managers in delivering outstanding operations, maximizing sales, and ensuring top-notch guest service while adhering to Brand standards
- Perform all roles of restaurant team members and managers
- Ensure compliance with Brand operational and food safety standards across all restaurants
- Analyze sales data to enhance operational performance, execution, and profitability
- Understand local market dynamics and competitor analysis
- Set sales and service objectives collaboratively with franchise owners and restaurant managers
- Ensure exceptional guest service and effectively resolve any issues
- Lead engaging team meetings to foster collaboration
- Conduct training sessions for restaurant managers on marketing initiatives, special promotions, and Brand directives
- Oversee proper execution of new products and processes during marketing campaigns
- Develop comprehensive business plans and action strategies in partnership with franchise owners
- Communicate a clear vision and drive team alignment towards goals
- Collaborate with the Dunkin' Brands Field Operations team as needed
- Recruit, onboard, and nurture restaurant management talent
- Monitor and evaluate employee performance through regular appraisals
- Coordinate and manage the Restaurant Management team to achieve optimal performance
- Provide coaching to Restaurant Managers to boost sales, profitability, and guest satisfaction
- Physical lifting of packages
- Wearing a headset when applicable
- Working within a smaller workspace
- Travel required between restaurant locations
