Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or related field preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of management experience in hospitality or retail sectors
  • Proven ability to lead frontline staff effectively
  • Strong understanding of budgeting and financial controls
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to maintain compliance with health and safety regulations

Job Qualifications

  • Degree in hospitality preferred
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of leadership experience in full-service restaurants or retail
  • Multi-unit management experience a plus
  • Proficiency with P&L analysis, budgeting and forecasting
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite
  • Ability to work varied hours including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and inclement weather conditions

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily operations for OTG's diverse concepts including retail, QSR, and full-service restaurants in an allocated area
  • Ensure all food and beverage products meet OTG quality and presentation standards
  • Manage staffing and scheduling to maintain optimal service levels
  • Lead onboarding and training plans for new hourly crew members
  • Maintain a positive and safe work environment for all crewmembers
  • Handle corrective actions for Coyle and NSF audits
  • Communicate OTG policies and procedures consistently using the crewmember handbook and collective bargaining agreement
