Job Requirements
- Minimum seven years in restaurant or food service in a management or supervisory capacity
- Minimum five years in a restaurant general manager capacity in a full-service restaurant with bar environment
- Experience as a multi-unit restaurant manager with oversight of general managers highly desired
- Proficient with MS Office and point-of-sale systems
- Ability to interact with executives, union reps, and diverse team members
- Proven track record of conflict resolution
- Expert level P&L knowledge
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Associate's degree or equivalent coursework preferred
Job Qualifications

- Expert level P&L knowledge with ability to coach general managers
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Associate's degree or equivalent coursework preferred
