Job Requirements

  • Minimum seven years in restaurant or food service in a management or supervisory capacity
  • Minimum five years in a restaurant general manager capacity in a full-service restaurant with bar environment
  • Experience as a multi-unit restaurant manager with oversight of general managers highly desired
  • Proficient with MS Office and point-of-sale systems
  • Ability to interact with executives, union reps, and diverse team members
  • Proven track record of conflict resolution
  • Expert level P&L knowledge
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Associate's degree or equivalent coursework preferred

Job Qualifications

  • Effective organizational and prioritization skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills to interact with all levels including executives and hourly team members
  • Proven conflict resolution skills
  • Expert level P&L knowledge with ability to coach general managers
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Associate's degree or equivalent coursework preferred
